Student clubs/organizations that I am involved with: In my first year, I was involved with “Model United Nations Student Association” at UBC which gave me the opportunity to listen to upper year students’ academic experiences. It also helped me build one of the most important skills in university: “debating”. As a “MUNSA” member, students can travel around the world while gaining knowledge about what is happening in our world and how it is going. I strongly recommend this organization to the students who are considering to major in International relations or Political science. Moreover, I have been doing logistic coordinator at Orchard Common’s musical team. Getting to work on this team in my residence with inspiring Residence Advisors in a musical environment was the best way to get rid of homesick/stress. There is a lot of opportunities to be involved in residences, also at UBC. Just find the best one that catches your interest!

Come find me at the Vantage College office in Orchard Commons to chat about involvement opportunities and Peer Mentor events, or simply to say hi!
