Bio:
Brett Todd is a lecturer in UBC Vantage College’s Academic English Program. He has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a M.A. (with distinction) in Applied Linguistics and TESL. He currently teaches Academic Writing (LLED 200), as well as Academic English for History, Psychology and Geography (VANT 140, Group A). His academic interests include the application of critical theory and discourse analysis to language learning, as well as various approaches to the acquisition of lexis.
