Spooktacular Halloween Party 2014

Happy Halloween! We had a great turn out for our 'Spooktacular Halloween Party' last night. International House was buzzing with students from all across UBC. The event was a collaboration between UBC Vantage College, Jump Start and UBC ISA (International Student Association). The haunted house was a spooky adventure with billowing smoke, eerie decorations and creepy characters. Upstairs had a fortune-tellers booth and dance party, along with a spread of Halloween treats. Downstairs had pumpkin carving and a costume photo booth. Students did an awesome job creating funny, fearsome and creative pumpkin designs. The costumes were a sight to see: cowboys, witches, ghouls, animals and much more!

More activities continue this weekend with a Halloween House Hop in student residence tonight and a Costume Dance tomorrow. We are already looking forward to next year. Thank you to all who came out, it was a great way to usher in the fall season!
