OUR LOCATION
Orchard Commons is UBC’s newest student residence. It's ideal for students who are new to UBC and want space and time for studying, the comforts of home, and a relaxed communal atmosphere ideal for making new friends. Students always have someone to walk to class with, talk to, or have dinner with, all within a fun and supportive environment.
Vantage One is located within UBC’s Orchard Commons complex, and it is host to many state-of-the-art classroom facilities. Our architects Perkins+Will do a great job in showcasing the benefits of Orchard Commons (see below).

The building is open to the whole UBC community to access. It also features stunning architecture and design, a LEED Gold certificate, dining facilities as well as interconnected floor lounges with wonderful mountain and ocean views.
The Orchard Commons residence is shared by first-year domestic and international students, which allows Vantage students to learn from and integrate with the wider student body.
