Research Interests

Ph.D. Mechanical Engineering, University of British Columbia

Dr. Prodanovic’s research interest and expertise is related to thermodynamics and heat transfer. Over the course of his career he worked extensively on theoretical studies and modeling of the boiling phenomena, particularly jet impingement boiling, and their applications in metallurgy. Dr. Prodanovic is teaching thermodynamics, heat transfer, renewable energy systems, energy efficiency and HVAC. He also has keen interest in engineering education, focusing on project based learning, particularly in the area of sustainability and engineering design.
